Each client currently has an account manager that assists with program needs, performance reports and awareness campaigns. In addition to the account manager, each client now also has a dedicated client services specialist assigned to their account. The client services specialist assists with day-to-day program operations including payroll deduction questions, file transfers, pay frequency and payroll ID changes, eligibility concerns and any employee or member escalations. Having direct access to a client service specialist familiar with your account means you will get questions answered and issues resolved quicker.
